A person with the NCC designation is a Master’s level counselor, who has passed a qualifications test, received supervised counseling, and is committed to ongoing continuing education.

The NCCC designation represents further training in the specialized field of career counseling.

What does this have to do with career counseling?

A lot! Volunteer work that we choose because it addresses our deep interests can increase our skills and enhance our self-worth. As noteworthy as our paid job experience, new mental activity, such as intensive learning, can remind us that we have a limitless capacity to create joy for ourselves.
